Downtown Madison Winter Engagement Session | Stephanie & Thomas

Stephanie and Thomas reached out looking for a short downtown Madison winter engagement session in January. Luckily, they were up for the cold and we had a great time!

We met on a weekday morning on Madison’s isthsmus and found some Capitol views with Frank (pronounced Franc), the adorable French bulldog that you can follow on Instagram here. Although it was windy, we got some cute photos of Stephanie, Thomas and Frank in the snow. There aren’t too many people who would be open to being photographed outside in January so for them I am very thankful!

After freezing our butts off, we went to Grace Coffee Co. on East Washington to warm up with a latte and some adorable photos with the plants! Grace Coffee Co. has the best natural lighting and they’re usually pretty slow on weekday mornings so walking into a practically empty shop was a blessing!

Photographing Stephanie, Thomas and Frank was a great way to spend this cold morning! I’m so happy they asked me capture their downtown Madison winter engagement session!
