Springtime Wedding at Goodman Community Center | Erica & Derek

Erika and Derek’s springtime wedding at the Goodman Community Center was the best way to start off my wedding season in 2022!

After photographing them for their engagement session, I knew that their wedding day would be a fun one. Erika and Derek are two people that are just meant for each other. You can see that within the first few minutes of meeting them. They just kinda fit together, ya know?

We started off the day at Hotel Indigo. I photographed the details and the ladies getting ready along with a heartfelt first look between Erika and her dad. I then set up the first look between the couple outside, and we took a few portraits before heading Goodman Community Center for more photos!

After the wedding party photos, we took a few more portraits of E & D. I couldn’t resist Erika’s jacket, which was hand painted by her sister! I loved the little touches they added to their day to make it reflect them.

Their ceremony was simple and sweet and had so many touching moments. As soon as they were pronounced husband and wife you could feel the joy in the air.

Their reception was right across the street at the Ironworks building. There, they had their cocktail hour, dinner and dancing.

I loved this springtime wedding at the Goodman Community Center! I can’t wait to be back there for another wedding soon!
