The final quote is based on how long I’ll be shooting on the day, your guest count and wedding party size, and your locations. As I’m based in Madison, Wisconsin, I also factor in distance – if I need to stay overnight, that gets added to your package fee.

Some weddings don’t fit neatly into these categories, and that’s completely fine! If you’re unsure where yours sits, just reach out. I’ll talk you through everything honestly and transparently.

A 30% deposit is due on booking to secure your date. Your remaining balance is due one month before your wedding. I’ll send a reminder when it’s coming up so nothing catches you off guard.

Regardless of which package you choose, you always get film and digital coverage throughout the day, a personalized timeline, family photo coordination, a sneak peek within 48 hours, and your full edited gallery delivered in full resolution within eight weeks. Plus, all the experience I’ve gained over the last decade to ensure everything runs smoothly!

Many of my wedding packages also include your engagement session, too! But if they don’t come as standard in the package you choose, you can add on an engagement session from only $850. Let’s chat to see which package is best suited to you.

Of course! I’ll share my full list of add-ons. Options include extra coverage on the day, additional pre-wedding sessions on top of your included engagement shoot, a second shooter for very large weddings of 150 or more guests, and gorgeous printed items including albums and frames. I’ll walk you through everything on our call so you know exactly what’s available.

I totally get that! My lower-end package starts at $2200, and works well for elopements and smaller weddings with around 15 guests. I also specialize in working at the Wisconsin State Capitol building – a genuinely beautiful location with no venue costs, which makes it a brilliant option for couples who want something special without the price tag to match.

It depends on the day, but as a general guide, you can expect between 50 and 100 images per hour of coverage. I don’t deliver every single frame. I carefully select the best shots and hand-edit every image you receive, so what lands in your gallery is the best of the day, not a repetitive bulk delivery.

I’m based in Madison and work primarily across the Central Wisconsin area. For weddings further afield – Milwaukee, Chicago, or beyond – packages are priced to account for travel and overnight stays. Get in touch, and I’ll give you a straight answer on cost and availability.

Yes – film is included as standard across all my sessions – you don’t need to request it or pay extra. I shoot 35mm and medium format film throughout the day. Film gives your gallery that warm, timeless quality that’s hard to replicate any other way. It’s part of how I work, because I genuinely believe there’s magic in the slightly imperfect photos.
