Rock Ridge Orchard Summer Wedding | Megan & Nicole

Nicole and Megan’s celebrated at Rock Ridge Orchard for their summer wedding in central Wisconsin was such a great day.

It was a little rainy, but that didn’t dampen anyone’s spirits as we walked around with umbrellas and found shelter under the building’s overhang. Right before guests started to arrive, I made sure to grab a few photos of Nicole and Megan with the sun shining behind them.

Their ceremony was so sweet and I loved the intentional details they included. They placed LGBTQ flags on every single seat and also enjoyed a glass of champagne before they were pronounced married. As they kissed, every guest waved their flag in celebration and cheered as they walked back down the aisle.

My favorite moment of the day was when during cocktail hour, I snuck them out for a few photos in the gorgeous setting sun. The weather really showed off that evening and the entire outdoor area was bathed in perfect golden light. It was so beautiful and a photographers dream!
