Wisconsin Winter Wedding at Barnwood Events | Amy & Eric

Amy and Eric’s winter wedding at Barnwood Events in Madison, Wisconsin, was a chilly, but great day filled with snow, Choclate Shoppe Ice Cream and love.

I knew from their very first email that Amy, Eric and I would get along. They are two of the coolest people I’ve had the pleasure of getting to know and photographing their wedding day (and engagement session!) was so much fun.

These two Swifties filled their day with SO much intention. From the ladies wearing jumpsuits to their cats on display, to their Taylor Swift themed matchboxes, to their details. Everything was so perfect and I am so happy with the way their day came together.

Snowflakes fell lightly during their first look and it was exactly what Amy had envisioned for her day. Their portraits at Barnwood Events were filled with a variety of locations including a tree-lined path, a field and a gorgeous willow tree.

After we finished all the photos, we got ready for their ceremony which featured songs performed acoustically by two friends and readings by Amy and Eric’s parents. After their ceremony, we took a large group photo before sneaking out for a few portraits and then rejoining for cocktail hour and their reception!

It’s obvious that these two are so loved by their family and friends and I am so happy they asked me to be there for their Wisconsin winter wedding at Barnwood Events.
