Love conquers all, even the pandemic. Eleanor and Tom proved this true when they finally got married at the Madison Public Library Central Branch, after having to postpone their wedding due to COVID-19. And what better way to celebrate love than in a library, surrounded by books and stories that have stood the test of time.
The couple, who had been together since college, were planning to have their wedding in 2021, but like many others, their plans were derailed by the pandemic. However, they didn’t let this setback dampen their spirits, and instead, they opted to wait until it was safe to have their dream wedding at the downtown Madison Public Library branch.
On the day of their wedding, the Madison Public Library served as the perfect backdrop. The natural light pouring in through the large windows of the library created a warm and inviting ambiance, which perfectly complemented the couple’s radiating joy. The library’s architecture and design also made for some stunning photos, with the towering bookshelves and intricate designs adding a touch of elegance and grandeur to the couple’s special day.
After we took photos inside, Eleanor and Tom and their wedding party ventured outside to capture some shots in front of the Wisconsin State Capitol Building. The building’s impressive structure always makes for breathtaking photos that perfectly capture the spirit and beauty of Madison.
Eleanor and Tom’s wedding is a testament to the power of love and the resilience of the human spirit. Despite the challenges that they faced, they never lost sight of their love for each other and their commitment to spending their lives together.
